I bought a 2013 Toyota Tundra from Garret’s, to my surprise the heat was not functioning. When I told Garrets about this they immediately responded positively and constructively and got the truck in shop as soon as possible. They diagnosed the problem, which required them to take the entire dash and interiors of the truck apart twice to replace a certain heat flap for localized heat. Also, they day I bought it, right before I left the owner had it brought back into the shop to shine the headlights, as he wouldn’t let me leave with them foggy! 10/10 Garrets will not sell you a lemon, and will go good on service, guaranteed.
